So, What are 7 Chakras?
Chakras are energy centers in the subtle body that spread energy throughout our body. There are 7 main chakras: root chakra – 1st chakra, sacral chakra – 2nd chakra, solar plexus chakra – 3rd chakra, heart chakra – 4th chakra, throat chakra – 5th chakra, third eye chakra – 6th chakra, crown chakra – 7th chakra.
The chakras are not physical structures, you can’t see them on an X-ray. They are aspects of consciousness, and they communicate with the physical and energetic body through the nervous system and the endocrine system.
Our seven major chakras are aligned along our body starting at the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each chakra is located in the place where essential systems use a lot of energy, and each one is associated with specific systems of the body and can impact your emotional and physical health.

It relates to whatever grounds you to stability in your life including basic survival needs such as food, water, shelter, material matters such as money, home as well as your more emotional needs relating to safety, trust yourself and self-confidence.

If your root chakra is balanced, you will feel safe, secure and grounded.
If your root chakra is out of balanced, you might feel more materialistic, greedy, aggressive, fear, insecurity or anxiety.
